customer service very seriously and hope you are pleased with your order.
Below is some of the most common questions regarding our policies. If you have any

Payment Policy
We accept many different types of payments:

- Personal Checks (Please allow up to 14 business days for personal checks to clear)
- Money Orders
- Cashier Checks.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged only on orders
sent within the state of Massachusetts.
Shipping Info:
- Note: Heavy items such as; Pool Tables, Air Hockey Games, Pucks, Tape, Etc. carry a standard shipping fee.
- There is a Shipping fee for Alaska & Hawaii. Please call for details and pricing.
- Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Most items arrive in 4 to 5 days.
- Most orders are shipped by USPS, or Fedex Ground.
- Backorders will be shipped once they become available.
- All refused orders or undeliverable orders will be charged a 20% restock fee PLUS freight both ways.
- Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
- Any cancellations must be emailed or faxed. (Custom/Special orders can not be canceled once ordered)
- Some orders are shipped through a network of distributors.
- If a product arrives damaged, please call us at 1-888-528-6451 to report it.
RETURN POLICY:
- Ice N Go Rinks can not be returned.
- Custom made and special order goods are not returnable.
- Returns must be freight prepaid, and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for credits to be processed.
- All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date.
- All items must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.
- Do NOT sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly
(sharpened skates are NOT exchangeable nor returnable).
- No returns on jock straps, athletic supporters and compression shorts.
- Exchanges: We understand that sometimes items sometimes don't fit exactly the first time, therefore, we will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site.
Please contact us for return/exchange information.
- Customer must pay for shipping both directions.
- Refunds: Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of
shipping.
- Closeout Items:
Closeout items can not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final.
- All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities.
Damages and Shortages
- It is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt.
- Make sure any damage or shortage is noted on the bill before signing.
- If the shipment was delivered by UPS, please contact our customer service department
within 5 days.
- Save all packing materials. If your order was delivered by truck, a claim must be filed directly
with the freight line. Save ALL packing material for inspection.
- Feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance in filing your claim.
BACKORDER:
Very rarely do we run out of an item but sometimes that
does occur. If any item can not be shipped within 3 weeks we will ship it as soon as the item becomes available.
Please either call or e-mail to cancel a backordered item.
( You will receive an e-mail notice when things are backordered)
Partial orders will be shipped unless other wise stated by the customer. Items that
are backordered will not be charged until they are ready to be shipped
If an item is backordered over 30 days an e-mail notification will be sent out to the customer.

- MONEY ORDER. To pay by money order, call and place your order by phone to get an order # and total. Mail in the Money Order and your order will ship the same day it arrives.

Warranty Issues:
|
If an item purchased is suspected of being defective, it may be covered under the
manufacturer warranty. Upon noticing a supposed defect, you would need to contact
Prohockeyequipment.com to let us know you are shipping an item back. Most
manufacturers do not let you contact them directly,
but you are more than welcome to try. Once we receive the item we inspect it.
If deemed defective, we then obtain an RMA# from the manufacturer and ship it
to them to inspect as well. They will either fix, replace or credit our account.
We therefore will either ship you the fixed/replaced product, or credit your card.
Some items have shorter warranty periods than others. Hockey sticks and blades are
among items that have the most limited warranties due to the nature of the products
and their use. For any question regarding the warranty on such items,

| We accept online orders shipping to Canada. Our shopping cart will give you an Estimated shipping charge. All charges will be confirmed prior to shipping. Orders shipping to Canada may need an extra 3 to 5 days proceessing.
